Sponsorship Conditions

Acceptance of Sponsorship is required by completion of Sponsor/ Advertiser Contract Form (PDF).
Full payment of Sponsorship monies secures desired package(s) on first come basis and full payment is required by 15 April 2010.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to 31 March 2010. SPONSORSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
