Attendee registration is available online for both International and Kenyan registrants.

Note: For Kenyan and Kenya resident attendees, separate online registration is available .

Online registrations will be available through the Amiando secure portal. There is a choice of two (2) payment options to confirm your registration – bank wire or credit card. Bank and credit card charges are borne by the registrant.

Fee Coverage:

The fee covers -

1. Admission to all technical / sessions of the main summit and exhibits
2. Lunches for 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June, 2010
3. Coffee breaks for 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June, 2010
4. Welcome Reception on Wednesday night (2nd June)
5. Event Accessories (bag, programme, etc.)

Note: Participation at the GRI Sustainability Reporting Workshop attracts extra USD 200 (or KES 15,000 for Kenyan participants) per person, and includes a free copy of the GRI G3 Framework training publication.

Group Discount:

Do you plan to bring a large group to the Green Business Africa Summit & Expo 2010? The summit group discount offers special savings when you register a group from your company. Register four (4) or more attendees, and receive a 10% discount off the registration fee on each! Please ask for special group discount registration code prior to online registration.

Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy:

Confirmed attendee registrations or expo bookings may not be cancelled. However, all fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing on or before May 2, 2010.

Insurance and Liability:

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is highly recommended that all participants carry an adequate travel and health insurance, the Summit Organizer cannot accept any liability for accidents, illnesses or injuries that may occur at or during the summit or the CSR Kenya Awards Gala Night and social events that are held in connection with the summit.
