Enhance your event experience by exploring the sights of Nairobi with a visit to the world’s only wildlife national park within a capital city – the Nairobi National Park, or watch flamingos in their natural habitat at the Lake Nakuru National Park. Better still, you can watch the greatest phenomenon on earth – the wildebeest migration – by visiting the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Day Tours

Karen Blixen and The Giraffe Centre – If you are a lover of the wild, then this is one of the must see. You come face to face with the giraffes as you feed them right from your palm

Lake Nakuru National Park – If you are a keen birder you will not be disappointed. The day is spent driving around the Park with lunch at a Lodge located in the park and a chance to relax and enjoy the views over the lake. You get back to Nairobi just before sunset

Nairobi National Park – The park is located just about 10 kms away from the bustling city centre. Except for the elephant, this park is home to four members of the big five. Animals to be found here include; lions, leopards, zebras, rhinos, wildebeests, and other species including beautiful bird life

Nairobi City Tour – The tour will include the city centre, city market, parliament buildings, the railway station and old Nairobi PC’s office built in 1902. The National Museum – with an array of spell binding displays of the early man, tribal regalia and the flora and fauna of Kenya – would be included

Carnivore Experience – The Carnivore Restaurant is famous for the succulent stew and barbecue dishes of game meat. You are allowed to each as much at your stomach can take, when you have had enough please lower a small flag on your table…otherwise the happy waiters will keep on filling your table with variety of meat

Golfing Excursion – The 18-hole championship course at the Windsor Golf & Country Club threads its way through the resort’s very own coffee farm and a tropical indigenous forest giving a true golfing challenge. Windsor is just 25-minutes drive from the center of Nairobi city and a 45 minute drive from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Maasai Mara National Reserve – Whether travelling by road or air, Maasai Mara is one of the most popular game reserves in Africa, covering an area of 1510 sq kms, and is about 300 km from Nairobi. The annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti, north to the Mara happens here and is perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world

Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Nakuru is a perfect destination for nature lovers like the ornothologists, sciencetists, and the wildlife filmmakers. It has ecological diversity including lake water, woodland, and bush grassland, to rocky ridges

Amboseli National Park – The park is home to the Maasai community whose culture and values are an attraction in itself. Large herds of elephants can be seen strolling the surrounding plains – a breathtaking image. From here, Mount Kilimanjaro can be viewed exceptionally well in the early mornings and late evenings providing ambience

Aberdare National Park – The Aberdare National park forms part of the mountain ranges, which peak at a height of 4000m above sea level. The Aberdares are part of Kenya’s well-known mountain ranges. Located 160 km north of Nairobi, it is renowned for its famous and luxurious tree- house hotels- Treetops and The Ark; the former hosted the then and young Princess Elizabeth of Britain in 1952
